The timing of the photographer needs our admiration for this masterpiece! The duo is caught in a position which we are pretty sure was not a part of the routine; it is evident that it is clearly a stunt gone wrong.
Maybe the cheerleader missed a step and fell on the arm of the poor sportsman? While we applaud cheerleaders for their amazing flips, we have to accept that even they have some bad days. And clearly, the guy is paying the price for the failed stunt. But at least the cheerleader in the back is enjoying herself!
"My Eyes! My Eyes!!"
We do not know what's going on there, but that will not stop us from venturing a guess! This oops moment during a cheerleading routine has been the highlight of our day. While the two girls on the top definitely seem to be in their element, it is a different story for the two on the ground!
The girl on the right looks like she's going to drop that cheerleader and put herself out of misery any moment now. Looking at the silver lining, at least the two girls at the top are unaware. It helps in keeping everything in balance.
Cheerleaders Always Make Things Better
Ah, another day, another cheerleader anecdote! This girl probably went out of her way to cheer for the player. After all, they have to boost confidence. This picture could very well be the moment right after a significant victory, which is evident from the sheer jubilance on the face of this pretty cheerleader.
Or perhaps somebody pushed the player over the sidelines, and the young lady couldn’t contain her laughter. Whatever is the story behind this picture, we know it’s going to become a great story for her to reminisce about in later years!

The picture photographed a diver who probably jumped from a significant height, and the sheer effort required is to be found clearly etched onto his face. We can only imagine the force of the wind against the body while diving from a great height! Sir, you have our respects. The amount of mental and physical dedication put in is applause-worthy.
Run Faster!
Synchronized swimmers can do amazing things in the pool. You'd never believe that this lady is in nine feet of water as she seems to be running away from the scary leg monster behind her.
Did you know that synchronized swimmers forbidden from touching the pool's bottom during a routine? So, it's all the more impressive that these two gymnastic aquanauts can propel themselves so far out of the water to create the illusions they do; at first glance, this could be one person with a very long body swimming the butterfly!
Happy To Be Here
These cheerleaders look so happy to be supporting their team! With matching hair, smiles, outfits, and even faces, these three gymnasts sure are living their best lives. The slightly shorter brunette has been placed between the two taller blondes, giving the picture a perfect symmetry.
These three girls are ready with their pom-poms to cheer for their college heroes, and no doubt will still have plenty of energy left at the end of their fantastic show. We’re sure the cheerleaders have their own fans as well as the football team. Go team, and way to go, girls!
Enjoying The Moment
Whenever performing in front of an audience, it’s important to remember that facial expressions are part of the show. This energetic cheerleader has made sure that her facial expressions will set her apart from her teammates, and she sure is enjoying herself.
It must be so difficult to remember all the moves of the complicated choreography. It must also be necessary to maintain peak fitness to keep up with a cheerleading team so, if an expression other than a smile shows on a cheerleader’s face during a routine, we are not surprised!
High Jump
How incredible is this girl? Not only is she doing the splits, but she is also doing them in the air. With a backdrop of sand and sea, this is a perfect picture of athleticism. This gymnast looks happy to be alive and enjoying everything the world has to offer.
Given this girl's team uniform, we are not sure if she is performing on the beach. Maybe she is a cheerleader for a beach volleyball team? If so, we are confident that the match's spectators will enjoy both the game and the cheerleading!
Never Forget You're On Camera
It cant' be comfortable being famous and permanently in the public eye. Now and then, you must forget that you are always on camera, and anything you do can be recorded for posterity. So, it's a shame that LeBron James, the American professional basketball player, was caught in a moment we are sure he would have preferred was not captured!
Note to self; when you are considered one of the greatest NBA players of all time, remember there will generally be someone pointing a lens at you. So, always use a tissue!
I Don’t Stand… I Water Handstand
Sometimes, timing can make normal humans do what’s said to be impossible. The photographer’s split-second decision to press the camera’s button and capture this exact bit is what makes all the difference. A good message for the audience, right?
But this wouldn’t have been possible without the diver’s hard work and dedication. All of the visible tension in her body proves that she has been training for years. On one hand, it leaves you speechless; on the other, one would find it safe to say that this piece truly belongs in the museum.
Fly High
There's no doubt that cheerleaders put a lot of effort into their performance. It's not just a simple dance, but the troop has to ensure that their powerpack moves and loud cheers keep the team motivated throughout the show. Looking at this still here, it is evident that these pretty ladies must have rehearsed a lot for such difficult choreography!
We don't know whom to appreciate more - these women for a synchronized jump or the photographer who clicked the shutter button at the right moment! We wonder if there exists a more perfect picture?!

No matter how innovative you get with uniforms, there are some rules that the styling team has to abide by strictly! Minnesota Vikings wanted to do something different, so the authorities let go of the rules for once, and this amazing picture is a result of the freedom that ensued!
The pretty ladies put on some bright clothes with a touch of their creativity, and we have to agree, a change is always good! The girl in focus might appear like a Christmas tree, but actually, she came as Waldo. Someone in the background looks like Princess Jasmine. They may be wearing different outfits, but their moves are well in-sync!
The Oops Moment
As an NFL player, you should be prepared to give it your all, even if it is risking it down there. This ultimate oops moment cannot be deleted from our memories because, along with being funny, we genuinely feel bad for this committed player.
They need to know that winning the game is, of course, essential but not at the cost of injuries at places you would never want. Let us hope the player got some time out because he looks to be in desperate need of it. Get some rest, man!
A Flying Cheerleader
Have you seen a flying cheerleader? Look again, see this woman right here, and you will spot one now. More than her enthusiasm for cheerleading, she looks pretty much into the game too. It is quite possible that she really is a basketball player, and cheerleading is just a part-time gig. Who knows?
Also, how can we miss out on that fit and toned body? She sure is the perfect package in terms of a good body and fantastic skill. We bet most of the players must be thanking their stars for not having her as an opponent. Ma’am, you are definitely goals for us!
Is That A Back Flip Gone Wrong?
This one looks like a stunt that went south, as you can see the girl was not expecting it. Her arms are not braced for the fall, and the guy's face is that of shock and bewilderment; it seems like he missed catching her mid-air. Then again, it's the risk that comes with being a cheerleader, and caution is of the essence when performing such stunts.
Whoever captured this moment deserves a medal, and for the girl in the picture, we hope the fall wasn't too nasty. A face plant can be very painful!
The Invincible Rodman!
Dennis Rodman was quite the joy to watch in his prime, and few talents could match him then. He even earned the nickname The Worm due to his defensive capabilities, and this photo aptly captures the lengths Rodman would go when in his element. Unsurprisingly, he was always on the winning side.
You'd think the man has wings here, and it's no wonder he is considered one of the greatest athletes in the sport. We are pretty sure he has this photo framed somewhere in his house; it's a masterpiece!

There are perks of being a male cheerleader, like getting to hang out with pretty girls, and there are downsides too as this picture shows. This guy is clearly struggling under the weight, but he has to finish his display as everyone is watching. He probably hit the gym after this, or probably switched careers to a less demanding role.
If you're thinking of being a cheerleader and you are a guy, you better be prepared for some heavy loads! Some muscles in the right places will go a long way.

Tom Brady’s face is all too familiar, especially among NFL fans, as he's one of the best throwers in the sport. Captured here, he is trying to get the attention of his teammates who were probably engrossed in watching the game.
Nobody likes being ignored, even Tom, hence the attention-seeking gesture. With a breathtaking smile like that, coupled with his fame, he probably got what he was asking for! Then again, we know Brady can get cheeky with his teammates, so you would understand why they would give him the cold shoulder.

Isn't this group of cheerleaders the best thing you've seen on the internet today? The ladies are having the time of their lives, and this lovely moment was frozen by this photographer who seemingly has an eye for the finer things in life. Each of these ladies could have a podium finish in a beauty contest!
It must have been a good day in the office for this bevy of beauties; otherwise, why would they flash such lovely smiles? Probably, their team won, and it looks like it's party time!

If 'giving it your all' had a face, it would be this picture right here. Look at the lady on the bottom right and you can see what we are talking about.
She is screaming at the top of her lungs, and we hope her team delivered a victory that day. Anything less would be undeserving of this cheerleader's efforts. It's said that over ten muscles are involved when smiling, and for a scream like this, the number is probably much higher. Food for thought; is there anything like over-screaming?
Flexing Cheerleaders
It looks like these pretty cheerleaders are flexing, not dancing, given their facial expressions. It's their big day, and they had probably practiced for weeks or months to pull off this flawless stunt. Their hard work seemingly paid off and the remaining part was for their team to deliver a much-needed victory. Did they? We may never know but let's hope they got paid in kind for their epic display.

Get Off My Business!
This is one day, NFL sensation Mark Sanchez would love to forget, and you can see why. The talented player slipped up on this day and committed the biggest blunder of the Jets' 2012 season, much to his chagrin.
His face is almost planted in his teammate's derriere, setting him up for one rather embarrassing shot. We hope there were no awkward moments later in the dressing room between these two players after such a close encounter! Then again, anything can happen in the NFL - it's a contact sport and such incidences probably happen many times during training.
A Girly Tumble
You know those human pyramids cheerleaders build? What could go wrong? This picture perfectly explains that! One of the girls is probably having her worst experience as a cheerleader, as she helplessly tumbles to the ground. Her fellow cheerleaders are seemingly trying hard to save her from the fall but it all looks a futile attempt.
Most likely, every girl headed home with a couple of bruises that day, and in that line of work, this is part of business. We sure wish the girl in the picture didn't break any bones!

For the most part, cheerleaders are thought to be bubbly girls, in short, colorful dresses doing some incredibly beautiful albeit a tad scary routines before and during games. However, in this image, we see something different that is impressive as it is a bit surprising.
With her toned muscles and bulging biceps, it is clear that she is somewhat a fitness guru and rarely do we see bodybuilders doubling as cheerleaders. Her partner has the expression we all would have had if we stood next to her because that body is what most of us would want to have!
Loser's Sucker Punch
It's every photographer's dream to take the best image they can, and when it's accurately timed, then it’s a win for them. We have to commend the photographer for this perfect image of Matt Millen getting in a brawl with Patrick Sullivan, the New England Patriots manager.
The incident happened during a match between their team and the Los Angeles Raiders, where the Pats won. It was all fun and games until the Pats owner made some nasty comments, which provoked Matt to take a shot at him. We hope Sullivan was okay after that punch because it looks like it was a tough one!
The Higher You Go...
In another iconic, perfectly timed photo, we see two legendary NFL players, one trying to stop the other from making a run at him. Involved in this sporting moment is Antonio Brown, who is jumping so high that his foot lands on the opponent Spencer Lanning's head, who is the Punter for his team.
Both players rolled down in a heap, and Brown was penalized for his aggressiveness in the field. Despite the penalty, we bet both players will forever appreciate the timing of this photo, and we must congratulate the photographer who snapped it.
Hair Products' Model Available
We don't think we have seen an athlete with such great hair as Clay Matthews does. The NFL star has locks that can make anyone jealous, and he not only flaunts them, he also has the confidence to do a hair flip in the middle of the game, with fans watching.
What seems like a commercial shampoo endorsement is a perfect shot that would make the rest of us head to the stores and get what Matthews could be advertising. While we don't think there's any company that has contacted him for a contract, we hope the player can turn his pre-match ritual into a money-making opportunity.
The Present and Future Fans
We have all seen, some ardent supporters of the local sports teams, but we doubt you have come across a scenario like this one. While most pregnant women would rather stay home and cheer on their teams from the comfort of their homes, this woman decided that nothing can stop her from attending the match and supporting the Raiders.
The supermom donned her favorite Raiders shirt and showed up to the game, and as if that was not enough, the drawing on her belly shows that her unborn child’s also in full support of the team, urging them to victory. The perfect example of like mother, like child!
Foot in Mouth
Every sport has its fair share of risks, and it isn't surprising to see some players injured while on duty; this guy found out the hard way when his head collided with his opponent's foot. It looks like one player tried to dive and landed on his head while player number 26 was the victim of the trailing leg.
We have no idea how all this happened, but we hope both players were fine after this incident, and no one lost their teeth or had a concussion in the process. This might be the most confusing image we have seen so far, but we're glad it was captured.
Let's Dance… Or Fight!
During a game, emotions run high as every team tries to outwit the other and look for ways to win the contest. Sometimes, it can get so bad that players resort to getting on each other's necks literally, and to some extent, punches are thrown.
Despite referees and other players' efforts to try and separate these two NBA stars during a game, it seems like Tristan Thompson and David West were quite mad at each other and couldn't let the situation cool down. It can be quite hard to bring normalcy to the pitch when tempers flare, but the game must go on, and we hope they solved their differences.
Oh My, Butterfly!
We can see why the photographer had the urge to float this picture on the internet. It makes for such an ‘awww moment,’ where the puppy is pulling a huge smile as a tiny monarch butterfly sits on its nose. The cuteness of the photo doubles because of the greenery and purple flowers around.
While some people have said that the butterfly is – unfortunately – photoshopped, we still think it’d make a sweet phone wallpaper or even a greeting card for a loved one! What do you think; would you purchase one?
Cat’s All, Folks
What’s happening here? Perhaps you’re confused. Well, it’s just a cat that’s shaking its own head out of the box. Or, maybe, this kitty was tired of how its face appeared to be, so a new one was ordered. If none of these reasons sounds believable, then we’re bound to think that this was just a stunt played on Halloween to scare the owners away.
A smart fellow has reported that this is just a demonstration of how these animals get through almost everything. What if one of them forgets some part of their body behind?

Many designers must have gotten some serious inspiration to replicate this for the upcoming masquerade parties. So, if you see someone wearing a colorful mask that features a circular eye cut-out and a beak as a nose covering, you know where the original idea came from.
A quick glance at this picture would scare the bravest of folks! The red lorikeet lines up so well with the lady’s face that, even after realizing the truth, our brains just don’t want to believe that the two living beings are separate entities. We want to call her bird-woman.
Comforting Blues
What a beautiful shot! There’s something so soothing about this photo, like mother nature is playing violin in silence. You have a calm lake surrounded by green mountains that stretch towards the far end, a perfect blend of lighting scattering through all the colors, and a sky gleaming with countless stars.
And, then, there’s the meteor shooting across. An interesting thing is that it’s splitting into two – not many people have caught such a sight before; this just makes things even more dreamy. We’d be glad to frame it in our rooms.
The Spooky Wedding Photographer
A new style of photography? No, this was pure luck by accident. What an epic moment to have captured on the wedding party's faces!
The poor photographer accidentally took a dive while preparing to take a picture of this wedding, but luckily he snapped the photo anyway while on his way to the floor and he got it! It kind of looks like one of those 17th-century photos or the ones where they have seen a ghost. In the end, only the photographer and the ones in the picture will know exactly what those faces are saying.
Why The Long Face?
Taking selfies with your pet is an art. It is semi-impossible to get a perfect shot without luck involved when they constantly move and look around. Clearly, this mutt thought this pose was the perfect one.
Let's face it, animals are super cute, and whether or not they pose it still warms our hearts to see their cuteness coming through in each way. This particular buddy didn't look at the camera but it made the picture even more special by creating a mash-up look between them. These are moments that one cannot recreate. And that is what makes it great.
Skating On Thin Ice
The look on this dog's face is priceless and one right out of a silly kids' movie! The poor thing most definitely did not expect this to happen!
Running wild and free is any dog's dream, but falling head over heels on the slippery, cold ice probably wasn't the plan. Surprise Sophie!
Alfie was not going to allow the girls to have all the fun by themselves, so he decided he would invade their picture-perfect moment. In hindsight, he made the photo a real picture-perfect moment - something no one can recreate.
They say a dog is man's best friend, and Alfie thought so too. If all her other friends could pose for the photo, then surely her best friend needs to have the spot upfront. The look on his face is epic and it seems like he is having the time of his life with these ladies. Happiness all around.

Nonetheless, there is probably no dad on this earth who hasn't dreamt about lifting their kid up in that majestic way. That is a great memory and photo and when the child is older they can judge for themselves. Sometimes photos that come out weird make the memory of that time that much precious.

This photo demonstrates perfect timing on an insane level; how does a mortal photographer predict that an epic scene is about to unfold in the skies of Chicago? He stands on a balcony or a building rooftop and presses 'click' on-time! What sorcery is this? He is in the right place and the right time to catch this triplet!
The lensman stood in a place where the visibility is perfect, ready to catch a cover-worthy picture of three lightning bolts striking three buildings simultaneously. We can count to three in so many ways, but this is the perfect way to say, "three's a party!"

There is a debate regarding which caused what; is reincarnation a part of the butterfly effect, or is it the other way around? No one knows, and no one is looking, as usual, when wondrous things happen. Dad is busy peering into the camera that catches his son, a curious soul, examining the truth with his lens.
Will the young man get to the bottom of this, uh, paradox? The photographer is a god of timing- he snapped a subject matter we have all thought about one time or another. If Grandma could return as a butterfly, could we choose our form when it’s our turn to be reborn?
The Saga of Nine Lives
This perfectly timed stunt is not easy; the photo depicts an agile black tomcat jumping for his life. According to the reporter, their neighbor intervened to save their dog while the black tabby had to fend for himself. Well, at least the feline made it out alive. Does anyone think that this is the power of the black kitty's luck at work?
Let's call the noir feline Salem, a common name given by popular media to familiar cats of witches. Is this ideally timed photo the result of lens magic or dark cat sorcery? We'll never know. We're just happy everyone got out.
Musical Chairs - Coast Guard Edition
During a Change of Command ceremony, disappearing chairs made a surprising appearance, you know, the chair game? The Coast Guard knows how to plunge headfirst into a situation! It's either that or the photographer has some serious skills- taking a photo fail spectacularly.
We don't mean to poke fun at the poor guy; we can say that it's a clean fall; no arms were flailing, no objects flying, other than the suspicious chair. Oh well, photo moments happen to the best of us. We salute the Coast Guard, who kept moving forward with the event, while probably screaming mentally, "Lookout!"
Shapeshifting Cat Gave Me a Fright
We know cat owners can relate when we say that mousers are capable of strange things. From this pic, it would seem at first glance that our feline has grown a body. Cats have many talents like ignoring their fur parents, scratching furniture, chasing birds, and mauling mice. But we never thought that shapeshifting is one of them!
Somebody should ask Madam photographer if that is their kitty in the photo, for all you know it could be the Egyptian cat-god Bastet. Tabbies are said to be followed around by luck; we know at least one cat that brings a lucky shot!
The Silence of The Lamp
Ah, the memes this one could inspire crack us up. Doggo seems to ask, "Don't throw shade!," we can't be sure if this is "The Lady and The Lamp, Canine Edition." We’re making fun of the poor floof, while the good boy stands there, on all fours wonderfully confused if he should make the first move or wait for the curious lump or lamp to meet him halfway.
Man, this one's going to be a long wait; somebody should grow a heart and tell pupper that things are not always what they seem and that he should be cautious with matters of the heart. Get over here, Rover!
Frozen In Time
This snap taken by a photographer is another one for the best or worst-case category. The man was innocently posing, unaware that a candid poolside scene was unfolding behind him. Photo-wise, it's a perfect photobomb theme, but that lady is having the worst day ever at the poolside!
You know what happens next; the other pool visitors are about to get splashed. Wait, there's more to this story; we are wondering if anyone pushed the robust madam or she lost her footing. One thing is for sure: The lady goes in, while the guy posing for the photo is also in, for a surprise, that is.
Look, Mommy, I Made A friend!
This munchkin let an opportunity slip from his cute sausage fingers. Oh wait, he's too young for any opportunities or meaningful grabbing, other than grabbing his milk bottle! But such limits set by reality and physics don't bother him- he knows zero about science. Plus, nothing can stop a curious baby anyway, so that's also there.
Babies and suspended animation aside, this is another excellent poolside pic. We can't help but ask why unpredictable things often happen next to or with water. And the biggest mystery is how the photographer knew something cool's about to go down and clicked. Both lensman and baby are in their moment.
Lips And Limbs, Baby!
As a race, we are far from perfect. Case in point, we are having fun at this guy's expense. That sassy hand on the hip is not our hero's limb; it's a usual yet still fun photography quirk. But his lips are happening, and with this unforgettable picture, the internet is not passing the opportunity to make good-natured fun of it.
With all this attention from one fateful picture with stellar timing, this man might get a cult following! That mouth speaks volumes, and we are itching to know what topic made him go duckface. He seems to be mouthing, "Oh please, I look so much better than you!"
To Chomp Down Or Not
Man’s best friend can sense things, they said. Dogs are fun to have around, they said. Yet fur parents know canines can be a handful, or in this case, a mouthful. Look at this naughty boy who’s about to munch on something that’s not dog chow, and he knows it. There’s a hint of panic in those puppy dog eyes.
Spot’s antics caught in this perfectly timed photo are genuinely adorable. However, neither doggo’s pose or cuteness will save this adorable floofster from the retribution he’s about to get. Poor pupper is so down for any play that he’s trying to start it.
Super Baby
Before the smartphone era, bath time was synonymous with pictures since that's the only time children could sit still. However, growing up, these usually ended up being moments of embarrassment when mums went on to show the whole family their prized photo album.

Most girls dream of seeing or owning a unicorn until they come of age and realize they're mythical creatures. This is a pretty heart-breaking moment for some even marking the end of their childhood imagination.
However, we might have it all wrong as this image has some damning evidence of their existence. It seems the creatures do exist after all and they have some magical powers to boot, one being shape-shifting. This giraffe's shadow shows a horn that's synonymous with the unicorn. It's probably an angling effect but we could be onto something here besides truth sometimes is stranger than fiction.
Ahead of Its Time
Cats really love hunting birds and rodents and they'll go to great lengths to nab their prey. Camouflage and speed seem to be their weapon of choice but this cat has upped the ante making those two seem like child's play.
It seems our feline friend has found a way to detach its head from its body making it easy to scout the prey and attack as the poor fellows are distracted. If only this was true, we'd have won a gallery of awards for this discovery. Upon closer inspection, you'll notice the ledge neatly masking the cat's body making this a legendary hunter in its own right.
