Tracy Tutor – Los Angeles

Tracy Tutor is a famous Los Angeles real estate broker popular for her appearances in the Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles television series. As a successful businesswoman, Tracy has made a colossal fortune from property sales, and when she put up her house for sale, it was expected that she would seal the deal.

The massive 11,000sq.ft home has a whopping ten bathrooms and spacious seven bedrooms, with perfectly manicured lawns, a modern kitchen, and the interior features pristine hardwood floors. We have no idea why Tracy chose to let this opulent residence go, but we can be sure the new owners will enjoy the facilities.

Josh Altman – Hollywood Hills

Widely considered among the most successful real estate agents in America, Josh Altman is a reality television star who has appeared in several shows, including Million Dollar Listing. The businessman is known for selling properties in posh areas like Beverly Hills, and it's no wonder that he would own an opulent residence.

Located in Hollywood Hills, Altman's home consists of three bedrooms and four bathrooms, with the kitchen flaunting marble countertops with state-of-the-art gadgets. And to top it all off, the rooftop has a sitting lounge, offering breathtaking views of Los Angeles and a swimming pool. Altman has listed the property for sale, no doubt expecting millions in profit.

Jonathan Scott - Las Vegas

Jonathan Scott is one well-known television personality who has not just gained admiration but even the fortune of a lifetime. Thanks to the big bucks he has piled up, Scott has bought an enormous mansion in Las Vegas. The property is 5,000-square-foot and has space to fit more than enough people.

Jonathan is certainly proud of his games room and outdoor hot tub that makes his place the ultimate spot for fun and celebration. This house's cost may be unknown, but looking at the amenities it possesses, we think it would be in several million at least!

Drew Scott - Los Angeles

Los Angeles is the perfect location to have a home in if you have the money to splurge. Drew Scott understood this well and decided to purchase a gorgeous-looking house worth $2.4 million. You must be wondering about what makes such an expensive home live up to its price tag? Let us find out!

The 3,300 square feet property has huge rooms and luxurious bathrooms with top-notch facilities. The most striking portion of the house is the spacious backyard that allows Drew to host swanky parties or just about any outdoor event he wants.

Chris Cortazzo – Malibu

Chris Cortazzo is a massively successful real estate agent who plies his trade in Malibu's posh area. Known as the 'King of Malibu,' the broker has sealed numerous celebrity property purchase deals and is a force to reckon with in the business.

Chris lives in the area where he works, and his home is as opulent as they come. Lovingly designed in the Balinese style, the house has vast living rooms, a modern kitchen, and wooden ceilings that give it an Asian ambiance. The residence is also surrounded by lush vegetation and palm trees, which, combined with the beach breeze, make the property feel like heaven.

Tarek El Moussa - Newport Beach

Flip or Flop fame Tarek El Moussa has a unique taste in properties, and his Newport Beach house proves it so! He has spent approximately $3.125 million on the two-storeyed home that consists of four bedrooms and bathrooms.

Moussa's mansion has had its share of renovation from scratch and looks quite marvelous! The second-storey has a balcony that offers a rather breathtaking view. Only if we could see his house first-hand, but never mind, we can rely on pictures till then. Tarek must be super proud post this purchase, and he rightly deserves to be!

Dave and Kortney Wilson - Nashville

The HGTV series Making It Home With Kortney and Dave fame Dave and Kortney Wilson have just another passion for beautiful looking houses. Their property in Nashville was for $190,000, and for them, money spent on a home is always worth it.

This ranch was just a mere house, but the Wilsons transformed it into a warm abode. Of course, other than renovation, it was their love for the place that made that decision. The duo knows their way around houses and always do complete justice to their projects. Just look at their own home sweet home!

Mina Starsiak - Indianapolis

If you have heard of Good Bones, we bet you know who Mina Starsiak is! She is a brilliant realtor, and her knowledge related to houses is A1. Her stunning place in Indianapolis is an instance of how exceptional Mina is at her work. The Southern feel to her home makes it even grander than it already is.

Starsiak, being the perfectionist that she is, has filled up her abode with classy amenities that stand out. We could not find the cost she purchased this place for, but looking at the photographs, it is apparent that it is one expensive place for sure!

Karen E Laine - Indianapolis

Karen E Laine's home in Indianapolis has always had the attention of many! To the extent, this place has now seen robbers several times. Well, we wonder what it is about this abode. There is little information on the price of her residence, so we need to put our researcher hats on to figure that out! Karen got her fame moment after HGTV's Good Bones after which she became a known personality.

Indianapolis is Laine's home and where filming for all the episodes usually takes place. Judging by whatever we have seen, we can comfortably say that her place is the ultimate zone of comfort.

Vanilla Ice - Florida

The ultra-cool rapper turned home renovator, none other than Vanilla Ice, took a decision back in 2018 that surely broke our hearts. That difficult moment was when he announced his intention to sell his Florida mansion. Are you ready to hear the price? Hold your horses! For a grand $4.8 million, he was willing to give up on this dream house.

Whatever you can think of is a part of this luxurious property - From featuring a private beach, spacious garage, two king-sized baths, and expansive manicured lawns. Vanilla knows how to live life King size, indeed!

Scott McGillivray - Canada

Scott McGillivray, the host of Income Property, has houses spread over in the US and Canada. However, our personal favorite has to be the residence located in Canada, although we're unaware of its exact location. McGillivray's home is the epitome of luxury and a reflection of who he is as a person.

For anyone fond of an expansive kitchen, you have to check Scott's place out for it. You will marvel at how wonderfully each and everything complements the harmonious design in his house. The next question would be regarding this mansion's price, but that's something we are in the dark too about too!

David and Chenoa Rivera - Paradise

It is not often that you find a couple to have passion for the same profession, but meet David and Chenoa Rivera, who have another tale to tell! Paradise in California burned down in the unfortunate wildfires, but the selfless duo here are all set to rebuild it.

There is nobody better than the Riveras to take this task up as we know how professional and thorough they are with their skill. The asking price is approximately around $379,00 from what we gather. Everyone always looks forward to David and Cheno's transformations that they bring to damaged properties - We can't wait to see how this one turns out!

Nicole Curtis - Los Angeles

Nicole Curtis, the Beach Flip star, moved to California from Michigan back in September 2019, and boy, did she choose such a perfect place to call her home! The fact that the residence is gorgeous is a plus considering that she rented a shack out for five months while looking for the perfect house to buy.

We must say that the cozy estate certainly was worth it because this luxe but compact $1.1 million property is just precisely what Nicole needed! Situated in Studio City, the abode boasts two handsomely appointed bedroom suites and a pair of luxurious en suite bathrooms - both commodious as well as stylish indeed.

Alison Victoria - Bucktown

One would assume that an interior designer would have the prettiest house of all, and ''one'' is right. The host of Windy City Rehab, Alison Victoria, and her boyfriend, Michael Marks, built this gorgeous home from scratch, having bought the land alone for a whopping $660,000 back in 2017.

After building the beautiful brick stone exterior and tailoring the interior with fine details, the estimated cost must have risen to at least three times the land price. So listing it for $2.3 million seems like quite a bargain considering the 4 1/2 bedrooms, massive walk-in closets, and the custom-designed family room the place so majestically flaunts!

Josh Flagg – Beverly Hills

Josh Flagg is a young real estate agent who's made a name for himself in the business, breaking sale records and earning a considerable fortune in the process. With so much knowledge about houses, it isn't surprising that the businessman would go for the absolute best when he bought a massive mansion in the posh neighborhood of Beverly Hills in 2018.

The 5,000sq.ft home Spanish style home comes with five bedrooms and five bathrooms, with hardwood floors giving it a rustic feel. A spacious kitchen, a guest house, and a vast swimming pool are among the amenities Flagg and his husband Boyd enjoy, and we bet it's worth every penny.

David Bromstad - Miami

We have seen David Bromstad turn the blandest and dull rooms into vibrant areas full of vivid decor and detailed design as the host of Color Splash. Now that makes one wonder about the place Mr. Splash himself calls home, doesn't it? Props to if you guessed it right, but his Condo in Miami is full of bold hues!

Wooden floors, plush carpets, and one-of-a-kind centerpieces in every room make the place unique and exclusive. Oh, and there are some rare pieces of paintings hanging in various parts of the house which must have cost quite David a fortune as well!

Mike Holmes - Ontario, Canada

Mike Holmes, a famous contractor, builder, and television host, rescues renovations that have gone wrong on television for thousands of people to see! Which leads us to wonder: how did he save the day for himself, and what does the place he calls home look like actually?

Mike lives in a '70s style house in Halton Hills, up in Ontario, Canada, that sits on lush green land sprawling around it for about 10 acres. The house itself is comfortably proportioned and with 2,000 square feet of living space, all featuring a beautifully realized interior with laborious attention to detail apparent wherever you look.

Vern Yip - Brookwood Hills

American interior designer and Washington Post columnist Vern Yip is yet another architect whose abilities in transforming a forlorn room into a vibrant living space is on a whole different level. Famous for incorporating candles, flowers, and silk in his work, the man is incredibly talented at what he does.

About his home, Vern and his partner, Craig Koch, live in a stunning abode in Brookwood Hills, and every space flaunts the couple's tastes. Fine art photography, priceless Asian antiques, and contemporary furnishing make the place desirable, one of a kind, and above all, fit for a talented interior designer to call home!

Ben and Erin Napier - Laurel, Mississippi

We are sure you have all witnessed Ben's excellent craftsmanship and Erin's incredible designing skills on Hometown, but now, here is your chance to sneak a peek at the stunning place the HGTV stars call home!

The pair stumbled upon their dream house as they were wandering the streets of Lauren, Mississippi, and fell in love with it immediately. When the property went up for sale, Ben and Erin took their chance, purchased it, and made it every bit their very own by incorporating their incredible handiwork into every nook and corner of the country house. It sounds like something out of a movie, doesn't it?

Bristol and Aubrey Marunde - Madeira Canyon

Aubrey Marunde, Alter Luxury Real Estate broker/realtor, did not disappoint when she purchased this beautiful five-bedroom house with a living space of 4,000 sq. ft back in 2007. It was a neat bargain but required renovations to give it the spark that it has today. Aubrey was single then but soon met the love of her life, former MMA fighter Bristol Marunde.

The pair then settled in the Maderia Canyon and paired up together professionally, and in the next few years, bought and beautifully renovated around 100 luxury houses and condos. Oh, and while at it, they also updated their home more than just once!

Sangita Patel - Oakville

Of all the homes we have ever seen a celebrity reside in when it comes to a serene setting, HGTV's Home To Win host Sangita Patel's beautiful abode in Oakville certainly takes the cake. How so, you wonder? Well, it is picture-perfect and is surrounded by nature with even an idyllic creek flowing nearby!

The interior itself is modern and minimalist, with hardwood floors and airy living spaces. The family room is warm and inviting, boasting a comfortable sofa as the centerpiece. The Patel's generous kitchen gives Sangita and her two daughters ample space to bake their favorite cookies and pies, no doubt an ideal home for cozy, familial living.

Bryan and Sarah Baeumler - Ontario, Canada

When it was time for Bryan and Sarah Baeumler to build and decorate their dream home, they did not think that a family as big as theirs would have to live in a house under construction for over two years. But as they say, good things take time, and their shack is a big old ten on the grander scale.

Just take a look at their mansion- a real beauty, boasting a beautiful exterior, Pinterest-worthy setting, and even two garages. That is right, a garage for him and one for her too. If that does not scream "luxurious forever abode," we don't know what does!

Carson Arthur - Wine Country

Carson Arthur adores all things gardening and loves the outdoors, which is reflected perfectly in the place he calls home. He chose this beautiful rustic house in the middle of the wine country and customized it by re-designing the property to his own taste.

Arthur states that he incorporated both new and old elements when he furnished the place and decorated his dream dwelling with various centerpieces that depict his love of landscaping. The man certainly practices what he preaches, and we cannot imagine Carson residing elsewhere after looking at this beautiful house and its picturesque setting!

Jo Alcorn - Toronto

Not only she likes to give people happiness by improving their spaces, but she also does it with her home. Egypt Sherrod – Georgia

Over the past few decades, Egypt Sherrod has been decorating and designing houses of famous people all around the World. But have you ever wondered about her home in Georgia? Believe us, if you had seen that eye-catching property, you would have immediately fallen in love with it. The first thing in the house is the living room filled with vibrant colors and handsomely upholstered sofas.

Even though Egypt has not disclosed her estate's price, we are sure that the renovations cost the celebrated decorator in the millions. Well, it appears that Sherrod can afford it.

JD Scott – Las Vegas

Not many of you know that JD Scott is the oldest of Property Brothers: Forever Homes. It turns out that having real estate giants as your brother has its perks. In an interview, JD revealed that his sibling remodeled the tiny three-bedroom property into their forever home - And what's more, they did it on a tight budget of $130,000.

But let us tell you that it feels like a colorful place with all the vibrant aesthetics as soon as you enter this beautiful home. Moreover, each room has its distinct character, and we bet that if you look at the interior, you will want one just like it!

Candice Olson – Toronto

Who does not know Candice Olson, the world-famous interior designer? However, not many people know much about her personal property in Toronto as she is always busy making and renovating other peoples' houses. It turns out that while designing her residence, Candice kept nature a priority as the house has a giant family room with glass walls to make the best out of all seasons.

As we all know, Candice is pretty picky when it comes to furniture, so she referred to keeping mid-century themed sofas and chairs. Unfortunately, she is yet to disclose her property's price, but we can hazard a safe estimate after looking at her posh trappings!

Paul Wharton – London

We are sure that you might have seen Paul Wharton on MTV but not many people have seen his mesmerizing home. You might be surprised to find out that Paul has a little winter garden. Yes, you heard it right! The best place to have coffee in the morning and a cocktail to toast a glorious sunset.

Lovingly filled with childhood photos, favorite artwork, soothing colors, and comfy chairs, Wharton's magnificent living room is undoubtedly one of the best we have seen so far. Proving that in interior design, a real sense of self never goes out of style.

Chip and Joanna Gaines – Texas

Famous for their show Fixer Upper, where they purchase and renovate old houses before putting them for sale, Chip and Joanna Gaines are the home customization experts. As such, it only seemed fitting that the pair reside in a place they made for themselves.

The Gaineses bought their farmhouse in 2012, with the property sitting on 40 acres of land. Built-in 1895, the residence needed an overhaul, and the couple didn't disappoint, with an open layout on the main floor, a spacious rustic kitchen, bunker beds for the boys, and a cozy nursery for the newborn. The home is as simple as it can be, but beautiful nonetheless.

Christina Anstead - California

We all know Christina Anstead from her HGTV show Christina on the Coast, and if there is something we have to congratulate her on, it has to be her extremely luxurious mansion. If you see her California house, you will know that this is what you must have always dreamt of owning.

Being a design expert, Anstead keeps everything tastefully arranged and fills in each nook and corner with carefully chosen decor that adds more charm to the place. Christina ended up paying $4.1 million for this stunning home, and we think it is absolutely worth it when your bank account allows you to spend generously on your living space!
